Shipping policy

Our standard delivery charge is £20 worldwide. Please note that we can accept no responsibility for packages that are signed for by someone other than the addressee.

If you prevent delivery of the goods by, (for example) failing to supply us with necessary information, or (for international shipping outside UK) failing to pay local customs, taxes or courier’s administration fees, your package will be returned to us. A refund will be credited within 30 days, minus any additional delivery charges incurred for returning the product back to us.

UK Region

We offer complimentary local shipping within UK for orders over £200. Once we have dispatched the order, it normally takes 5-7 working days for your order to arrive.

International

We offer complimentary international shipping for orders over £400. Taxes, duties and custom charges may apply for shipment to area outside UK.
